We call Sewanee our grandcat as we volunteered to keep her for my daughter who lost everything in a Hurricane called Katrina. She was soft as a bunny and the sweetest cat ever. We never really knew how old she was as she was a stray when my daughter took her in, we are guessing around 15 when she passed. On February 12, 2015 she had a seizure and went into a coma. As hard as it was we had to let her go. I wish more people and vets knew of your wonderful group. I learned so much invaluable information through you. Thank you.
We help diabetic cats and their people. We support diabetic cats in their original and adoptive homes, rehome unwanted diabetic cats, and help to educate caregivers on the appropriate treatment of diabetic cats. We are part of a 501c3 (nonprofit) organization.
